This is probably the best and most satisfyingly rewarding platformer I've played in a long while. This was like if all the most fun and technical parts of Mario were dropped into one game and were made much more fun. Shit got even more fun when you got the slow-mode.

Music fits greats, the neony obstacle baubles looked nice and pixely art... well, pixely art is cool.

I was expecting that your fella would be left all alone in this limbo, having helped all the other people or having lost all his friends. Now I thought you said this game is about people! Real people!

Anyway, an optimistic game, awesome ambiance and the visual style is great, probably because I'm a fan of minimalism.

I honestly how no idea how many stars am I supposed to give, I wish there would just be a button which would let me not rate at all, just write what I wanna say. I imagine the no-stars button is the worst rating or is it the button I'm looking for?

"Creative is NOT enough" - game is basically an overused upgrade meme face simulator.

Hnnnnnnnnnnng.

lol, thanks for your feedback shroom.. :D
"Creative is NOT enough" is our goal, so in progress now..

The is idea is nice and you seem to have the coding down, but there's just not enough content to justify the length of this game. It starts to get extremely samey after a real short while. Or maybe there's enough content but the event randomizer keeps landing on the same thing over and over again?

I haven't completed it all, because got terribly bored, but if there's some fresh stuff in this game at some key points, then the gaps between that fresh stuff are a bit too wide. It's usually the same thing. Sometimes the same thing in an almost unnoticeably different color.

It's also extremely easy to keep everyone fed and healed up, so I think this whole system you got running loses it's point and the time would be better spent just on putting more written content in.

There are 5 characters, and none of them really seem to have any personality. I mean, you do get that little intro bit at the beginning, but I don't think that's enough. So that's a bit of a let down.

Anyway, yeah. Art is great, as usual.

Bugs, bugs...Around 50% of the time when I press "Meds" it performs the function of "Continue". Not sure is this a bug or this just a random event, but it never seems to happen with the "Food" button.

I honestly have no idea why was this so fun.

Were the fist/leg pictures yours? That would even make it more ridiculous!

FaultyMirror responds:

Thank you, the fists an leg were not mine, just pictures taken from internet..

The flying animation itself is worth a fucking five.

PS fingerhead is a creep.

Well... erhm, there's really not much of a game here and the response just feels clunky. But on the bright side, you know how to draw well and it's not that hard to get hang of actionscript, so you'll be alright.

Oh boy, this is exciting. I have a very weak spot for Sagittarian. Both writing and art are awesome. Especially the art, it's both unique and nice to look at. The music sounds familiar, probably from earlier Sagittarian's, nevermind though, the music's still great.

Not sure was this intended, but on the first attack, if you choose either the handgun or hammer, you still end up "clanking" the hammer with Sage before your last fight.

Anyway, this amuses me verily like every other game in these series. Cheers and keep rocking.

Hyptosis responds:

Oh, good catch, I"ll try to fix it. Over time though I did sort of assume the player took both since the hammer was a 'character' from the previous games I wanted to always include it. I'll fix is asap.

I'm not very good at talking about big games like this, so I'll just adress one little issue:

Character creation - the bastard just keeps moving backward and forward while you are trying to customize his appearance. It is quite disorienting.

Hi there. First and foremost I'd like to say that I have really enjoyed your other works and trough some part of this game, I was just being excited thinking about Sagittarian 4, without actually paying much attention to this game.

The first line that caught me was the one... I believe it was "Sometimes I dropped the dishes" or something of that kind, so then I got curious how much more depressing will this story get. Ironically, it was sadder at the point when only an emotionally inept robot was involved. Of course this is not the level of storyline you'd normally see in your other games, but me not being too jazz about platformers is cool with what it has.

My problem was that most of the game was just tedious jumping trough some rather bland and repetitive zones (Excluding a few key parts) to get to the next part of the story. Two texts sometimes came up at one time, kinda mixing together, for example when you stand on the pressure plate or whatever it was to see your first hologram of a human.

Anyway, I do realize that this was for teh lulz and a test apparently, so don't mind me and make Sagittarian 4 awesome, with gliding zombies and all kinds of other cadavers.

Cheers.
